Der Extron CVC 200 ist ein universeller, hochauflösender Komponenten-Video-auf-RGBS- oder RGBHV-Wandler.Der CVC 200 wandelt HDTV-Komponentenformate 720p, 1080i und
1080p – sowie SMPTE 240 in RGBS oder RGBHV um. Er wandelt ebenfalls Betacam- und DVD-Komponenten-Video – interlaced oder progressive – in RGBS oder RGBHV um. Der
CVC 200 ermöglicht die Anzeige von HDTV- und Komponenten-Video-Bildern auf RGBHV-Monitoren und -Projektoren. Andere Anwendungsbereiche umfassen die Umwandlung von DVD-Quellen in analoge RGB-Signale zur Anzeige von DVD-Bildern in RGBHV-Projektionssystemen.
