Anaheim, California (November 10, 2025) - Wisconsin’s Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) recently opened an Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, and Apprenticeship Center (AMETA™), a cutting-edge training destination to cultivate Wisconsin’s next-generation technical workforce specializing in precision machining and inspection, robotic machine tending, lights-out manufacturing, automated manufacturing, and process control automation. Across its four campuses and the AMETA Center, MSTC has over 120 classrooms and meeting spaces. These spaces are booked with the 25Live® academic and event scheduling platform. Extron TLS TouchLink scheduling panels are placed at each room entrance to help students, faculty, and others reach the right rooms, at the right times when navigating hallways to attend classes and events. The TLS scheduling panels operate as 25Live clients through the campus LAN and were configured using the Extron Room Agent software.

TLS scheduling panels are configured with Extron Room Agent software, which works with all popular calendar services, including 25Live. With Room Agent, the scheduling panel GUIs can be customized to display the specific meeting information required for any application or to meet any institutional standard. Extron worked with Mid-State’s technical team to enhance the version of Room Agent software supplied to the school. The enhancements enable the TLS scheduling panels to format the 25Live data into display fields that show needed information in formats best suited to the school’s unique needs. The Room Agent enhancements that Extron developed for Mid-State are now standard features available to benefit all 25Live users.
